This week’s Guest is an amazing doctor and Podcast Hostess with the Mostest, Dr. Eleonora Teplinsky. She is the host of Interlude Podcast and such an amazing advocate for other women, board certified medical oncologist and champion of the humanism of medicine.
Dr. Teplinsky is a doctor by day and a Podcaster by night, motivated to dispel some of the fake news about health, wellness and cancer. She is dedicated to bring truth and evidence based information to others. She also discusses how Interlude describes this place and space, a break from normal life. Chemotherapy creates this break, an interruption, and often creates an opportunity with what you do with that time.
Dr. Teplinsky discusses how the Podcast and her guests have made her challenge some of her practices and ask more questions about a patient‘s day to day life. She talks about what has surprised her and about giving yourself the grace to grieve the life you once had. She also discusses the breast cancer community and support and love that the survivor network has in helping others.
